Abstract：In order to study the shrinkage of cement stabilized macadam under different cement contents , by conducting dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage indoor experiment on cement stabilized macadam of three doses—3%, 4% and 4.5% (mass fraction), the variation curve of moisture content with time and that of dry shrinkage coefficient with time and that of temperature shrinkage coefficient with time of cement stabilized macadam under different cement contents is gained. The result shows the cement content is the main factor which influences the shrinkage performance of base materials and that the control of moisture and temperature can reduce shrinkage and simultaneously restrain reflection cracks, which provides the basis for the research of reflection crack prevention.
