Abstract：The pressurization course in the variable volume and non hermetic equipment was analyzed with theoretical analysis and experimental investigation. Firstly, the reasonable propellant was selected and the combustion model went up; then mathematical model went up in the variable volume and non hermetic equipment, driving force and duration are obtained by theoretical analysis; the test model was obtained according to the results of the theoretical calculation, design a set of test which using research methods of high-speed photography to observe the movement of the equipment in different time, and the test results were compared with the theoretical model calculation result. The test results show that the reasonable propellant can be used as driving force in the variable volume and non hermetic equipment, testing of duration consistent with the theoretical calculation results.
