Abstract：The resources development for the lean ore at Ⅲ mining area in Jinchuan Mine is the strategic decision in order to achieve the sustainable development for Jinchuan Group Ltd. It is difficult that the slurry fine sand pipeline transport is used gravity, because the depth of ore bodies buried is shallower and filling times line is higher. The filling system by pumping pressure was designed and industrial test was implemented. Based on the filling times line, the pressure transmission capacity and export pump pressure were determined considering the local resistance of bent pipe and turn negative pressure zone. On this basis the nominal working pressure of the hydraulic system and supporting the filling pipe diameter were given and the form a complete set of mud pump and motor were selected. Then the pumping filling test in the surface was carried out. The results indicate that the performance of the pressure pump meet the requirements of slurry transportation. In the end, the pumping filling industrial test in underground was implemented. The resultes show that the liquidity of the slurry in access is better, slurry by top meet design requirements and the strength of filling body of 3d, 7d, 28d all reaches design requirements. The filling system had been used at the second west mining area in Longshou Jinchuan Nickel Mine.
