Abstract：Comparative analysis is used to study features of different resampling methods. Based on the full analysis of mathematical principles, this paper investigated the achieved result effects and program time consumption of the nearest neighbor interpolation method, bilinear interpolation method, and cubic convolution method. The results show that，Using the most appropriate image resampling algorithms for geometric correction, image build nuclear lines and other operations can be a reasonable balance between time consuming and error caused by gray scale image distortion to obtain optimum results. The advantages and disadvantages of the 3 methods are obtained through comparative and analysis to experimental results. These results are necessary reference information for other mapping works.
