Abstract：In order to solve the problem of serious dust pollution in transfer station of coal preparation plant, micro fog and bag combined dust control scheme was adopted. Based on the 280 transfer station in Pingshuo Mu Gua-jie coal preparation plant, the gas-liquid-solid multiphase flow theory was applied, and by means of numerical simulation, dust diffusion rules of transfer station and bag-micro fog combined dust control scheme were analyzed. The results show that the spraying dust of guide chute in transfer station is caused by the blanking induced wind flow, and eliminating the induced wind flow is the basis to choose a dust collector; and the jilting dust of bare belt in the tail is caused by the friction between the dust adhering to the belt and wind flow. Controlling the spray quantity is the key to micro fog dust control of the tail. When the certain parameters was applied in the field, the dust removing efficiency exceeded 95%.
